Managing Your VividPrice Account Settings

🛠️ Welcome to the VividPrice Settings Overview

This section is all about setting your account up for success. Here, you'll find helpful guides on everything under your Settings tab—from managing users and updating location information to setting up payer-specific pricing and admin fees.

Each article is built to walk you through key configuration steps so you can customize VividPrice to fit your workflow and ensure your estimates reflect your practice’s pricing and processes.

On the main homepage after logging in, users will be able to see their assigned locations, total patient responsibility estimated per location, total number of estimates per location and total amount of estimates emailed per location.

This information can be narrowed down by 7 days, 30 days and all time.


Tabs
Tabs



At the top of the page, you will find four tabs: Patients, Pricing, Insurance, and Documents. The tabs displayed may vary based on your user role and access permissions.

  • Estimate-only users will see only the Patients and Documents tabs.

  • Administrators will have access to all four tabs, including Pricing and Insurance.

Your available tabs are determined by your role and the level of access granted to you.

Please note: if changes needed to be made to Pricing and Insurance, please submit a support ticket outlining what needs to be completed. A separate instruction manual for admin users is available per request if the user would like to update these on their own.

Support



Report any issues regarding software, estimate information/creation, etc. by sending a message via this button. It will create a ticket and send directly to our team.

Profile Settings

Click on Profile to edit the following settings:



Update your account name and email address, as shown on the left. See your company logo, as shown on estimate, as shown on the right.

You are able to update your temporary or current password, as shown on the left. You are also able to update what is seen on estimates, including logo colors, estimate disclaimer and range of validity of these estimates, as shown on the right. The Modify Drugs button can limit range of validity for specific drugs. 




Add an extra level of security by setting up a Two-Factor Authentication, via app or recovery codes, as shown on the left. There is an option to delete your account and all data associated with the account, as shown on the right. 


Email Settings

Click on Email Settings to edit what is sent out to patients, alongside estimate PDFs.

Email settings allow you to customize the content of estimate communications sent to patients. To ensure clarity and support, we recommend including contact information for a primary point of contact who can address any questions or concerns regarding the estimate, or any other important details. 
Locations
Admin users are able to add/remove locations. Patients are assigned locations when creating profiles, and these will be shown on their estimates.

Sign up/change your subscription and billing information under this tab.


Subscription management shows total cost of VividPrice membership, cumulative amount donated, as well as past invoices. More options can be seen in the Edit Subscription button on the top right of the page. 



By clicking Manage Locations, organizations can manage all their locations, and see the price breakdown of each location. One can update their payment method by clicking Edit Payment Methods as seen below:

Account User Management

Admins are able to manage current users in the Account Users tab. This will show the name and emails for accounts. 



Admins are able to add new users by clicking New Account User.


Admin users are able to give specific access permissions to users. Recommended settings can be seen below:

Usage Report

By clicking Usage Report, users with access are able to view a breakdown of the number of estimates each user created within a specified time frame. Please see below:
